This is the first in my on-going coloring book series, called Ain’t No Half Coloring. It began in 2016, when I started my first year of participating in an annual drawing challenge on Instagram. The challenge tasked artists to draw something new every day during the month of October. With hip hop forever holding a special place in my heart, I decided to embark on the artistic path of drawing 31 hip hop musicians. In this volume, I drew a lot of of people that I’ve been listening to for many years, so have built up a lot of good memories that are attached to their music. I wanted to do something cool with this collection of drawings, so I put them in a coloring book and released in early 2017.

Some of the talented people that you’ll find inside include: Pumpkinhead (RIP), Eyedea (RIP), Reef The Lost Cauze, DJ QBert, Masta Ace, Slug (of Atmosphere), Guilty Simpson, L’Orange, Large Professor, Boots Riley, Yarah Bravo, One Be Lo, and others.
