I am still shipping orders and I will continue to as long as I am able. If the orders are small enough to fit inside of my mailbox, they will typically ship out within 1-3 days of purchase. General Shipping Highlights

  • If orders are small, they will typically ship out within 1-3 days from my mailbox in Glendale, AZ.
  • If the orders are larger than what I can fit in my mailbox, I will ship schedule to ship every Wednesday & Saturday.
  • Currently, I pack your orders and ship them myself. In the future, however, some items may be shipped separately from other items in your order, which will only occur if I’m personally not handling the products. Product pages will note if it’s an item that may be shipped separately.
  • I use USPS (United States Postal Service) as my shipping provider, and offer First-Class and Priority Mail shipping options.
  • All orders receive tracking information.
  • Please double check the delivery address you enter in the shipping area to be 100% sure that your package is going to the correct destination.
  • I ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and many other international countries. However, if your country is not listed, send me an email using the message box on the Shop Contact page.
  • I am not responsible for customs fees.

Processing Time

Since I run my business entirely by myself, the handling time between when an order is placed and when it gets shipped is typically 1-3 days. The things that occur in this time frame includes: order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging everything by hand.

Should it take me 3-6 days to process orders, especially with bigger shipments, I will do my best to let you know. If for some reason it’s been 7+ business days since your order date and you still haven’t received a shipping notification email, please visit the Shop Contact page, select “Shipping Question” under the Reason section and express your concern in the message area.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Domestic

Domestic orders are shipped either via First-Class Package or Priority Mail. I ship all of my orders in bubble mailers, even just sticker orders, in an effort to ensure its safety and to help prevent damage during shipping. Should you have a large order that cannot fit in a mailer, your items will come in a box.

Shipping costs and times are dependent on the package weight and the domestic zone that I’m shipping to, but a general guideline is as follows:

  • First-Class Mail: $3.00 – $5.50; generally 1-10 business days after it’s been shipped
    • Note: Once your order goes above 15 ounces in weight, it will automatically get shipped as Priority Mail to save on shipping costs.
  • Priority Mail: $7.35 – $12.80; generally 1-3 business days after it’s been shipped
  • Note: Once you enter in your shipping details, your exact shipping cost option(s) will come up before you need to pay.

International

Yes, I ship internationally. I ship to Canada, Mexico, and many other international countries. If your country is not listed as a place that I ship to, please feel free to send me a message using the Shop Contact page requesting your country to be added.

International orders are shipped via First-Class Package International or Priority International Mail. Shipping costs and times are dependent on the package weight and the international shipping zone that your country is in, but a general guideline is as follows:

  • First-Class Package International:
    • Canada: $9.98 – $37.05
    • Mexico: $11.64 – $45.13
    • Others: $13.00 – $59.00 (varies due to shipping zone)
    • Generally 7-21 business days after it’s been shipped; does not include time it may take in customs
  • Priority Mail: $24.55 – $47.10; generally 6-10 business days after it’s been shipped, but does not include time it may take in customs
  • Note: Once you enter in your shipping details, your exact shipping cost option(s) will come up before you need to pay.

As of January 2019, the United States Postal Service (USPS) changed how they handle First-Class International shipments. First, they have significantly raised the cost of international shipping rates (I’m sorry). Second, I can no longer send smaller items in a flat envelope mailer (now reserved for letters or documents), which was previously great for people only ordering stickers and was a cheaper shipping option.

Tip for international buyers only ordering stickers: As stated above, I will be shipping your sticker orders in small bubble mailers and with the First-Class Package International service. Unfortunately, this may be substantially more expensive than the stickers you’re buying. That said, stickers are very light in weight, so although shipping is high (somewhere around $9), buying more than one sticker will generally NOT bump up the shipping cost (example: shipping will be the same for 10 stickers as it would be for just 1).

Customs Fees

I am not responsible for customs fees (duties or taxes), therefore they are not included in your shipping charges. You are, or the person you are shipping to is, responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country of residence. I am not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it’s not my responsibility to make you aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

I am required to list the retail value of the items in your packaged order, so I apologize if this is a gift for someone.

I do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.

Exchanges & Returns

I only offer exchanges and returns for damaged products or shop errors (example: you’ve been sent the wrong item from what you ordered), and they are issued on a case-by-case basis. If the product is damaged, you have 5 days after delivery to contact me about the issue. After contacting me about the damage on your item(s), I may ask for picture proof.

I do not do refunds on orders that get lost due to you putting in the incorrect delivery shipping address. Unless previously discussed and issued for your case, return shipping costs are not refundable.

Address Changes

PLEASE double–even triple–check the delivery address that you enter in the shipping area! You don’t want to enter it incorrectly, only for your really cool order to be shipped to someone else or to get lost/delayed. Once your order gets processed and is on its way to the post office, it is nearly impossible for me to change the address on the shipping label in time.

Should you notice that you entered the wrong address within 6 hours of ordering, there may be a very slim possibility that I haven’t printed your shipping label yet and can make those necessary changes in time. If that’s the case, please visit the Shop Contact page IMMEDIATELY, select “Address Change” under the Reason section, and then include your order number and CORRECT address.

If it is too late, and I’ve already shipped your package to the incorrect address (provided by you), then I regret to say that I am not responsible for refunding your money for the items, nor the shipping costs. However, if you’d like to purchase the items again, I may issue you a discount coupon code for the unfortunate event.

IF your order comes back to me as undelivered, I will contact you via email to check your address details. If it turns out that you gave me the wrong address, I will ask you to pay the shipping again before I resend the item(s). If your order does not come back to me and is considered missing, I will not send a replacement or refund. Please check that the mailing address is correct!

Tracking Your Order

All domestic orders will include tracking information. All international orders will receive tracking information, showing how it travels across the United States, but may it not be updated, nor provided with additional tracking information, once it crosses over into foreign territory. It can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days for your package information to appear in the USPS system, so please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your shipping notification for your tracking number to show.

Once I finish packing and delivering your package to USPS, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you decide to sign up to my shop, you can also track your package from your Account page. Unless otherwise stated on product pages, all orders are shipped from Glendale, Arizona.

Please keep in mind that USPS tracking is just a guideline, not an exact science. The barcode on your package label is scanned as it moves through various shipping facilities while it’s on its way to you, but it’s not uncommon for scanners to miss the barcode, causing tracking information to not be updated. Please be patient and give your package time to arrive safely to you.

Once I drop off packages at the Post Office, I don’t have any control over them. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment after it’s gone out (for example, if it gets lost or wasn’t delivered to your home), take it upon yourself to talk to your mail carrier or call your local post office to follow up on its status. If after you’ve spoken with a USPS representative and your issue is still unresolved, email me and we will work out a possible replacement or refund.
