J.Quest – “That Boy Quizzy”

J.Quest commissioned me to do the single art for his song "That Boy Quizzy", from his album of the same name. He had wanted an illustration of a pair of Jordan sneakers, a Playstation 1, and a TV displaying his name and song title.

I drew a room scene with all those elements around, and also included a composition notebook (where one would write their rhymes) and an entertainment center. The text on the TV relates to video games with the song title in an 8-bit stylized font, a Playstation-like font for his name, and I drew a "JQ" logo that's in a similar style as the PS.
