J.Quest – “Never Change”
J.Quest commissioned me to do the single art for his song "Never Change", from his album That Boy Quizzy. He wanted the main focal point to be an ice cream truck, and a young boy whose shadow is that of a man; essentially giving the idea that there's still a kid in all of us. That's basically what you see here in this illustration, and I chose a vibrant, summery color palette to evoke fun, playful emotions associated with childhood and a good time.
